During my time working under the Brazilian Labor Laws, training sessions often taught sandwich feedback techniques, where the basic structure was to praise first and then correct. It was believed that this would create a connection.
On the contrary, this often led the employee to forget the praise and hold onto the criticism because ultimately, no real connection was established; there was only a focus on using the technique.
My proposal here is a tool for you to genuinely connect with any person, thus fostering healthier and longer-lasting relationships.
When we create a connection with ourselves and others, we can understand what truly matters, and we build win-win reationships.
